While we don't discourage celebrations, we emphasize a No-Party policy. Our zero-tolerance approach means any violation will lead to immediate eviction without a refund. The Lessee assumes 100% responsibility for additional cleaning expenses and any damages incurred. Please be considerate of neighbors and fellow residents to maintain a peaceful environment. Any unintentional disturbances will be addressed with understanding. Thank you for your cooperation and respect for the property and the community.

We know accidents can happen, and if any items get broken during your stay, please inform us. Minor breakages are part of the rental experience, and we don't charge for them. However, guests are responsible for reimbursing Pinery Retreat for any significant damage caused during the rental period. We trust our guests to treat our house and its contents with care and respect as though it were yours. Please handle furniture and provided items with care, using them for their intended purposes to leave the rental premises in the same condition as when they were rented.
We invest time in detailed cleaning to maintain the high standards however, if there are any cleanliness concerns upon arrival, please report them to us within 2 hours. This allows us to promptly address any possible issues. As you leave, your assistance in paying it forward and leaving the place relatively clean is appreciated, supporting our team in preparing for the next guest. Units left excessively dirty may incur an additional cleaning fee, supported by photographic evidence. Your cooperation ensures a pleasant stay for everyone.
As outside elements can accelerate wear and tear on the floors we ask you to remove your shoes inside. With the same goal of protecting our floors, please do not drag coolers inside or any other heavy objects.
