Welcome to Pinery Retreat House, a stunning large vacation rental located at the edge of Pinery Provincial Park and minutes away from Grand Bend. Surrounded by rare Oak Savannah forests and rolling hills, this spacious and beautifully appointed retreat offers the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

KITCHEN
The kitchen in our vacation rental house is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay. With modern appliances and ample counter space, you'll have all the tools you need to cook up a storm.
The kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker (We love Coffee!!), toaster, and all the necessary cookware, dishes, and utensils. It also boasts a large Mango wood table with seats for 10, plus another 5 seats around the kitchen island!!
Whether you're making a quick breakfast before heading out to explore the area or preparing a gourmet dinner for your family and friends, our kitchen has everything you need to make and share a meal with your people!
BEDROOMS
Our vacation house features four comfortable and beautifully decorated bedrooms, each designed to provide you with a restful night's sleep.
The bedrooms are equipped with high-quality mattresses & linens, cozy blankets, and fluffy pillows to ensure your comfort. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, while the upstairs bedroom has a queen-size bed and the other two bedrooms both have a Double bed with Double/Single Bunk.
All bedrooms have large closets and storage space for your belongings and some are equipped with ceiling fans to keep you cool and comfortable throughout your stay. Whether you're traveling with family or friends, our vacation rental house offers a perfect and comfortable retreat for a good night's sleep.
LIVINGROOMS
Our Home has two large living rooms. Each is designed for comfort/relaxation and equipped with a TV, ensuring everyone in your group finds their perfect spot to unwind. The downstairs living area takes fun to the next level with a foosball table and a selection of children's toys, making it an ideal retreat for guests of all ages.
BACKYARD AND OUTSIDE
We are excited to provide you with an awesome and enjoyable stay!
One of the highlights of our property is our huge deck, which is perfect for entertaining and enjoying the beautiful outdoor scenery. We have provided a BBQ grill on the deck for our guests, so you can enjoy delicious grilled meals while relaxing outside and watching kids play. The deck is equipped with a large table seating 8
KIDS PLAY AREA - SWINGS/SLIDE/TREEHOUSE
Our property also has a beautiful outdoor area that includes four adjustable swings for kids to play on….or you :). The backyard also includes a children's play area with a climbing wall, a slide and other items. This area is graciously built into surrounding sand dunes. The swings are designed for all ages and are perfect for a fun family activity.
You can relax on the outdoor furniture or a couple of hammocks we have and watch the kids play while enjoying the beautiful scenery.
FIRE PIT AND BONFIRES
We have a big spacious Fire pit that can accommodate a lot of people. The fire pit is a great feature for enjoying outdoor activities during your stay. There is usually firewood at the site but if not you can get firewood just up the road. Please follow all fire safety rules and regulations when using the fire pit. Do not leave the fire unattended and make sure to fully extinguish the fire before leaving the area. We ask that you use the fire pit responsibly.
INTERNET & TV
The Internet is unlimited!! The internet connection is fairly stable but in case you need to reboot, the router it is located in the upstairs living room on a side table next to the couch.
Two 60” Smart TVs are connected wirelessly. One is located in the upstairs living room while the other is in the downstairs one. The remotes for the TVs are on the coffee table. Please leave them in the same location.
We have a Netflix account set up solely for the Vacation House that you are welcome to use. Please do not log out of this Netflix account, so that it remains accessible to future guests. You can also browse Live TV channels on our Smart TVs
LAUNDRY
This cottage has a fully stocked laundry room on the main level! You will also find some cleaning supplies in this room if needed
GARBAGE COLLECTION
Our property has designated garbage bins for your use, and we ask that you please dispose of your garbage properly during your stay. The bins are located at the back of the property, next to the Garage door.
Please make sure to separate your garbage into recyclables and non-recyclables, and place them in the appropriate bins. We ask you to secure the lids on the bins and that you do not leave any garbage outside, as it may attract unwanted pests and animals.
Garbage/Recycle collection is on Thursdays. If you are with us on Wednesdays we would like to ask you to put out both bins by the road on Wednesday evening for Thursday pickup.
We take our responsibility to the environment seriously, and we encourage our guests to practice responsible waste management during their stay. Thank you for helping us to maintain a clean and healthy environment for all our guests.
PINERY PARK ACCESS
Pinery Access - There is no cost access to the Pinary with the street behind us - You can access multiple walking/biking trails but walking to the lake would take some time Approximately 40 min or so. Two Annual Pinery Car Access passes are provided and valid until the end of the year - Please leave them on the Island after you leave
WATER
We are proud to be natural and green :)
Experience our unique deep well, delivering natural, filtered water through Park sands. Though our water is excellent, occasional quality variations may occur due to groundwater shifts. Our property employs a septic system, ensuring eco-friendly wastewater treatment. Please flush only toilet paper and avoid items like wipes or non-degradable materials. Refrain from pouring chemicals or oils down drains to protect the septic system. Thank you for choosing our vacation rental, and your commitment to preserving the environment.
CENTRAL HEAT/AC & FIREPLACE
Our gas furnace is a high-efficiency system that provides comfortable and reliable heat throughout the property. The Ecobee thermostat allows for precise temperature control and scheduling, ensuring that you can always set the temperature to your liking and minimize energy waste when you're away.
In addition to the gas furnace, our property features a cozy gas fireplace that is perfect for chilly evenings. The fireplace is easy to use and provides warmth and ambiance to the living area.
We ask that you use our heating system responsibly and follow the instructions provided to ensure safe operation. We also encourage our guests to be mindful of energy usage and turn off the fireplace when they leave the property.
PARKING
Plenty of parking is available. 3 Vehicles can comfortably park but the property can take more if needed

We take your comfort and happiness very seriously. If something needs repair at Pinery Retreat, please contact the host via their cell phone - this will be shared with you at the time of booking.
